STNA have released dates for a Foundation and Development Coaching course for 2012.

If you are interested in improving your coaching skills these are the courses for you.

Foundation

Monday 2 April 2012, 6-10pm

Development

Sunday 15 April 2012, 10am-4pm

Foundation Coaching Course

STNA are running the first Foundation Coaching Course for 2012.

Date: Sundy 19 February 2012

Time: 10am-2pm

Location: Aurora Sports Stadium

Cost: $80 (includes manuals and DVDs)

Course Pre-requisites:

• minimum age 14 years
• must be a current Netball Tasmania member
• must have completed the Australian Sports Commission Online Coaching Course before accreditation for this course will be issued.  The online course can be accessed via https://learning.ausport.gov.au

Course Details:

This course is designed for people who have limited or no previous coaching experience and no previous accreditation.  Participants need to come prepared to participate in the practical activities of this course.

TNL 2012 Roster

The TNL Roster for 2012 has now been released. 

Karana will kick off the season on Friday 2 March at Aurora Stadium against Arrows.

Congratulations to State Team members!

Congratulations to Hollie Coleman and Georga Cuthbert on being selected in the Tasmanian State 19 & Under team and Sharni Wylie who has been selected in the 17 & Under team.

Congratulations girls, a great achievement and hopefully the start to a successful netball year!

Registration Night

Karana Flames will be holding a registration night on Monday the 20th of Febuary commencing from 5.30pm. Fees should be paid on this night, and club merchandise can also be purchased.
